Tariffs & Availability
For B&B Adult prices start from £40pppn including full Scottish breakfast, with child rates available. Infants aged 0-2 are free of charge. Cot hire is £10 per stay. Children aged 3-12 can stay in rooms for 50 percent of an adult rate. Guests older than 12 are subject to the full adult rates.

As we have no single rooms a single supplement is chargeable. Our single rate is from £50pppn.
Self catering in our cottage is from £480, with short break and lower occupancy rates available. (The cottage sleeps 6 with extra child beds/cots available) A 20% deposit is required to guarantee booking. A Bed & breakfast option may also be possible in the cottage but please note this is generally for a minimum 2 night stay. This option is normally for groups of 3 or more guests, or when the farmhouse family room is already booked, subject to availability.
We welcome pets by prior arrangement. There is a small extra cleaning charge of £10 per stay for pets. See our guide to bringing pets onto the farm here.
A farm tour experience is available which can be booked at any time before or during your stay subject to availability. A special guest rate is available with an option to choose this during your accommodation booking. The tour provides an insight into the daily life of our farm, a chance to meet all the animals up close, and special moments never to be forgotten - pretending to be the farmer in the tractor or seeing a calf, kid or lamb born, each season offers its own challenges.
For payment we accept cash, cheques (Sterling), travellers cheques, bacs direct transfer and the following cards

Please note bookings in the family cottage accommodation are normally for a minimum 2 night stay. Bookings made in the main farmhouse B&B family room ensuite have a standard minimum 1 night stay which may be subject to change.
Our standard check in time is between 4-6pm as we are a genuine working family farm. However we may be flexible if we know in advance of your arrival day.
We charge a cancellation fee of the value of your first night's stay (B&B basis) if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival and we are unable to re-let the room. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
