At Newton Farm Holidays & Tours, we want every guest to feel welcome and to have the information they need to decide whether our accommodation, tours and experiences are right for them. As a family-run working farm, accessibility varies across different parts of our business. Some areas are more accessible than others, so we have split our information into three sections:

Farm Tours & Experiences
Our farm tours and experiences are the most accessible part of Newton Farm Holidays & Tours. These are a good option for many guests as step-free routes are available in key areas, and routes can often be adapted to avoid less accessible parts of the farm. There is also an accessible toilet in the farmyard area. Because this is a working farm, guests should be aware that visits may include outdoor farm surfaces, changing weather, natural farm smells, animal noises and occasional sudden loud sounds.

Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast
Our farmhouse B&B has some accessible features, but it is less accessible than our farm tours and may not be suitable for all guests. The farmhouse is an older rural property, so some areas have more limited access. While much of the interior is easier to move around, entrance access and bathroom facilities may not meet the needs of guests requiring fully adapted accommodation.

- Some internal areas are easier to access
- Staff are happy to assist where possible
- Assistance dogs are welcome
- Dining is on the ground floor
- Guest bedroom is on the ground floor
Things to consider
- Entrance access has a threshold
- Bathroom and ensuite facilities are standard rather than fully adapted
- Shower access may not be suitable for all guests
- Turning space and transfer space may be limited

Self-Catering Holiday Cottage
Our self-catering holiday cottage is the least accessible part of the business for guests with mobility needs. Although the cottage is arranged on one floor internally, there is not step-free access into the property, and the bathroom is a standard bathroom rather than an adapted one.

- Single-level accommodation inside
- Assistance dogs are welcome
